Description

The Project Manager, Enterprise Projects supports the planning and execution of healthcare projects at the Service Line, Operating Unit, or System level under the guidance of senior project managers. He/she will also lead defined projects or workstreams to ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget, while engaging cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating resources, tracking project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, and supporting stakeholder communication.
  • Primary duties and responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution
  • Lead day-to-day execution of assigned projects
  • Develop basic project plans, charters, and schedules
  • Track tasks, deliverables, and milestones using project management tools Team & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors as needed
  • Communicate project status to team members and stakeholders
  • Present project progress and outcomes professionally to all organizational levels Risk & Compliance Management
  • Identify risks and track issues to resolution
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies
  • Ensure alignment with organizational standards and goals

Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain clear project documentation and stakeholder updates Professional Development
  • Participate in project management educational in-services as appropriate
  • Travel: Less than 10% of the time may be required between operating units.
  • Work Type: Hybrid employee - splits time between working remotely and working in the office.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, public health, or related field
  • Experience: 3 years' project coordination or project management experience
  • Knowledge, skills, and abilities (required): Proficient in project management tools, team facilitation, and basic process improvement; skilled in building cross-functional relationships; Capable of developing data tables and utilizing spreadsheets to conduct basic analysis. Able to access Epic to pull reports. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Certification - PMP or related preferred Knowledge, skills, and ability requirements (preferred): - Project management software, including Smartsheet and MS Office suite of tools

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (Medium Max 25lbs): up to 25 lbs., 0-33% of the work day (occasionally) Lifting 25 lbs. max; Carrying of objects up to 25 lbs.; Occasional to frequent standing & walking, Occasional sitting, Close eye work (computers, typing, reading, writing), Physical demands may vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks.

Environmental exposures include but are not limited to: Blood-borne pathogen exposure, Bio-hazardous waste chemicals/gases/fumes/vapors, Communicable diseases, Electrical shock, Floor Surfaces, Hot/Cold Temperatures, Indoor/Outdoor conditions, Latex, Lighting, Patient care/handling injuries, Radiation, Shift work, Travel may be required. Use of personal protective equipment, including respirators, environmental conditions may vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks.
