The Opportunity

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Healthcare Customer Success team. This role is critical because you will be responsible for driving the seamless deployment of our SaaS RTLS solutions while ensuring high customer adoption and satisfaction. You will be a great fit if you are passionate about proactive problem-solving and cross-functional leadership and are excited by the opportunity to directly improve operational efficiency, patient safety and clinical workflows in hospital environments.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Leadership:
  • Establish the foundational framework including project charters, communication plans, and steering committees alongside customer program managers to ensure alignment.
  • Manage multiple concurrent customer implementations, balancing competing priorities and resource allocation across projects.
  • Lead customers through the implementation process of SaaS-based Real-Time Location System (RTLS) solutions.
  • Follow established implementation playbooks to ensure strict adherence to best practices and quality guidelines.
  • Utilize AI-powered and generative AI tools to automate routine scheduling, task assignment, and status updates while streamlining documentation, project charters, and stakeholder communication to drastically reduce administrative overhead.

Execution & Resource Management:
  • Drive internal and external resources by anticipating dependencies, removing roadblocks, and identifying clear paths to resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and third-party installers to ensure critical tasks (i.e., hardware installation, workflow analysis, software configuration, testing and training) are completed on schedule.
  • Hold teams and individuals accountable to commitments through regular progress tracking to ensure successful project execution.

Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration:
  • Facilitate key project milestones by leading internal kick-offs, developing targeted meeting agendas, and distributing concise minutes.
  • Provide transparent status updates to clients and internal stakeholders regarding project activities, challenges, and mitigation plans.
  • Serve as a critical escalation point to ensure complex issues are routed swiftly to internal teams and executive leadership.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration across customer organizations to guarantee smooth operational transitions and high solution adoption.
  • Navigate competing priorities and conflicting opinions across hospital leadership, clinical staff, and IT teams, including during active go-lives, to drive alignment and keep deployments on track.

Continuous Improvement:
  • Execute formal project closeouts with a continuous improvement mindset to integrate lessons learned back into core methodologies and process playbooks.
  • Support periodic business reviews with data-driven insights to demonstrate ongoing solution value and ROI to clients.
  • Identify and drive upsell opportunities during the deployment lifecycle by uncovering expanded customer needs and use cases.

Required Skills & Experience:

Must-Haves:
  • 3-5+ years of Project Management experience leading complex software implementations, ideally within a SaaS or B2B technology vendor environment.
  • Proven track record in Healthcare IT or Clinical Environments, demonstrating a strong understanding of hospital workflows, stakeholder dynamics, and compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change management and clinical adoption, including building internal champions and overcoming staff resistance in complex environments.
  • Hands-on experience managing hardware/software deployments, specifically involving physical infrastructure (such as IoT, RTLS, Wi-Fi networking, or RFID).
  • Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Planhat, Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Project) and formal methodology frameworks.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with a history of managing external client executives, internal engineering teams, and third-party contractors simultaneously.
  • Exceptional risk management capabilities, specifically in proactively identifying project bottlenecks, managing escalations, and creating mitigation paths.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% to customer hospital sites for kick-offs, project reviews, and go-live support.

Nice-to-Haves
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
