Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of Project Management experience in complex software implementations, ideally in a SaaS or B2B vendor environment.
• Solid background in Healthcare IT or Clinical Environments, familiar with hospital workflows and stakeholder dynamics.
• Experience in driving change management and fostering clinical adoption within complex healthcare settings.
• Hands-on involvement in managing hardware/software deployments, especially involving physical infrastructures.
• Proficient with project management tools like Planhat, Jira, or MS Project.
• Strong cross-functional leadership ability, with a history of handling external client executives and internal teams simultaneously.
• Excellent risk management skills, adept at identifying bottlenecks and creating mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Establish project charters and communication plans to ensure alignment with customer teams.
• Manage multiple customer implementations, balancing priorities and resource allocation.
• Lead the implementation process of SaaS RTLS solutions for customers.
• Follow implementation playbooks to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Utilize AI tools to automate scheduling and streamline documentation for reduced overhead.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure critical tasks are completed on schedule.
• Hold teams accountable through regular progress tracking.
