Qualifications

• University degree in engineering or related discipline preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification an asset.
• Minimum 3-5 years' project management experience.
• Experience in the carbonated beverage industry considered an asset.
• 8+ years of operations or maintenance experience preferred.
• Technical expertise in facilities, processes and/or machinery in the beverage industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-year projects across 5 manufacturing facilities.
• Develop projects in collaboration with Plant and Engineering teams.
• Validate scope, budget, timeline, and deliverables during planning stages.
• Provide expertise in machinery operation and production processes for efficiency.
• Create equipment specifications for manufacturers.
• Manage supplier inclusion process on the approved supplier list.
• Participate in bid reviews and vendor selection.
• Develop multi-year capital plans with engineering and plant teams.
