The Role We Want You For

The Project Manager will lead a multi-disciplinary team, overseeing the engineering disciplines required to deliver fully integrated design projects for clients across multiple industries. This person will be responsible for the successful execution of complex projects, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule alignment while delivering exceptional results. They will manage and coordinate engineers, architects, and designers through all project phases, from concept through construction administration, and collaborate across teams to achieve innovative design-build solutions.

The Specifics of the Role
  • Lead a project team of engineers, architects, and designers to successfully execute projects that meet client and industry standards.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure alignment with client goals.
  • Ensure design quality through implementation of project quality reviews.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an ABET (Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology) accredited university or college.
  • 10+ years of experience in engineering design, construction, or project management.
  • 2+ years of experience managing design or project teams.
  • Broad knowledge of advanced manufacturing, food & beverage, consumer, or ecommerce environments, with an understanding of client requirements and industry standards.
  • Competitive drive and persistence to overcome challenges and deliver results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Strong communicator, able to present clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and resilient in dynamic environments.
  • Willingness to travel to client or project sites as required.
