This individual will be playing a key role in how the portfolio of projects are managed within a state based agency. Thery will be working with third party PMO Groups to ensure the client's needs are met while keeping project teams aligned and focus on their work. This person needs to understand how to navigate this environment as it's not a traditional corporate type setting.
Requirements
Must be able to lead a portfolio with projects teams underneath
Must be able to advocate with third party managed PMO teams that find flaws in the development work.
Must come from an Engineering/Developer background, as the team takes a partnered, consultative approach.
Managing a backend project that supports Maintenance and Operations (M&O).
Experience coming from a consulting or software integrator background would be highly beneficial
Conversion salary is between 170-185 annually so please focus on profiles that fit this.

We are seeking profiles with managed services or MSP experience. This group likes to see profiles coming out of true consulting firms (Deloitte, KPMG, West Monroe, Slalom, etc.) who have experience with large, enterprise-wide projects. SaaS-based implementations or integration experience is also ideal as they do this for large complex state agencies.
