We're looking for an Electrical Engineer who thrives on challenges, collaboration, and innovation. Working on major institutional, commercial and healthcare projects, you'll help shape spaces that make a real impact alongside experts who value curiosity, teamwork, and technical excellence.

Led by April Waddell, P. Eng., Project Director - Electrical, a seasoned leader with 18 years of technical expertise, known for her approachable leadership and technical depth, you'll be joining a tight-knit team that values mutual support, open communication, and the satisfaction of seeing designs come to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, coordinate, and oversee building electrical projects ranging from small, medium, large, to very large scale, depending on experience
  • Act as project manager and discipline lead from planning through delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Ensure follow up on schedules, budgets, and professional fees
  • Prepare specifications, technical reports, and service proposals
  • Participate in expertise and studies during the pre project phase
  • Support construction oversight and contribute to the continuous improvement of practices

Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, with final compensation determined based on experience, qualifications, scope of the role and geographic location.
