Full Job Description
Position is responsible for ordering equipment, tracking with vendors, managing logistics, managing inventory, invoicing, reconciling and completing project reviews within the Power Systems division.

REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Minimum high school education or equivalent
  2. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings & other technical documents
  3. Ability to understand the relationship of engines, their driven equipment, cooling, electrical, fuel and exhaust systems, combined into a total operating system
  4. Good organizational, analytical and communication skills


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  1. Analyze customer quotes & order applicable equipment from multiple vendors
  2. Manage/track vendor schedules to be in compliance with project timelines
  3. Schedule/manage shipping logistics
  4. Manage inventoried equipment
  5. Review customer contracts/P.O.s and invoice accordingly
  6. Complete project reviews
  7. Maintain/conduct a program of training and self-improvement
  8. Maintain a safe work environment. Always work in a safe and respectful manner
  9. Perform other duties as necessary and assigned

Compensation: $0-1 negotiable
