Position is responsible for ordering equipment, tracking with vendors, managing logistics, managing inventory, invoicing, reconciling and completing project reviews within the Power Systems division.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum high school education or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings & other technical documents
- Ability to understand the relationship of engines, their driven equipment, cooling, electrical, fuel and exhaust systems, combined into a total operating system
- Good organizational, analytical and communication skills
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Analyze customer quotes & order applicable equipment from multiple vendors
- Manage/track vendor schedules to be in compliance with project timelines
- Schedule/manage shipping logistics
- Manage inventoried equipment
- Review customer contracts/P.O.s and invoice accordingly
- Complete project reviews
- Maintain/conduct a program of training and self-improvement
- Maintain a safe work environment. Always work in a safe and respectful manner
- Perform other duties as necessary and assigned
