Project Manager - E-Commerce Compliance
IntePros is seeking a Project Manager to support compliance workstreams focused on e-commerce requirements delivery and testing. This role will coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure compliance-related requirements are clearly documented, delivered on schedule, tested appropriately, and communicated effectively across stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. This person will bring strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to take ownership of project activities from planning through delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage compliance-focused project workstreams supporting e-commerce requirements, delivery, and testing.
  • Coordinate project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across internal teams.
  • Support requirements tracking and ensure compliance-related needs are documented, communicated, and progressed through delivery and testing phases.
  • Facilitate communication between business, technical, compliance, and testing stakeholders.
  • Track project status, identify blockers, escalate risks, and drive timely resolution of issues.
  • Organize project meetings, maintain action items, and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
  • Support testing coordination and ensure requirements are validated before release or implementation.
  • Maintain project documentation, trackers, and reporting to support visibility and accountability.
  • Demonstrate ownership by proactively identifying gaps, improving processes, and keeping workstreams moving forward.

Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in project management, program coordination, compliance operations, e-commerce operations, testing coordination, or a related field.
  • Experience managing compliance-related workstreams involving requirements delivery and testing.
  • Strong project and program management skills, including timeline management, risk tracking, stakeholder coordination, and status reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proactive ownership mindset with the ability to identify issues and drive follow-up independently.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Experience supporting compliance programs in e-commerce, technology, or another highly regulated industry.
  • Experience working in large technology or enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Smartsheet, TestRail, or similar project management and testing tools.
