Project Manager to lead projects from initial kickoff through final delivery. In this role, you will define project scopes, build detailed execution plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll do- Project Delivery: Direct and manage project execution end-to-end, defining clear deliverables, milestones, and success metrics.
- Planning & Scheduling: Create and maintain project schedules, work breakdown structures, resource plans, and project documentation.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary point of contact for internal team members, external clients, and leadership regarding progress, changes, and updates.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; develop effective mitigation and contingency plans.
- Scope & Budget Control: Track project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to prevent cost overruns and manage scope creep.
- Process Improvement: Conduct post-project evaluations to capture key learnings and continuously refine internal project management processes.
What you'll need- Experience: 3+ years of professional project management experience overseeing projects from inception to completion in Telecom, Construction or Utilities.
- Methodologies: Hands-on experience with project management frameworks (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid).
- Software Tools: Proficiency with standard PM software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Monday.com, or Smartsheet).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to present updates clearly to diverse audiences.
- Certifications (Preferred): PMP, CAPM, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is a plus.
The wage range for Project Manager is $85,000.00 - $105,000.00
