Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience; Associate's degree with relevant experience considered.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in concrete construction.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects, with a focus on cost control, schedule adherence, safety, and quality.
• Exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships with Superintendents, vendors, and clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with construction software such as PlanSwift, Procore, and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly review contracts and project scopes for clarity and completeness.
• Manage all financial aspects of projects to ensure budget adherence.
• Conduct precise quantity takeoffs using Planswift or similar software for project proposals.
• Develop and maintain accurate project schedules to streamline execution.
• Oversee project execution to ensure compliance with scope and quality standards.
• Maintain professional client relationships for consistent communication and satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively with Superintendents for seamless project execution.
