We are seeking an organized and dynamic manager to estimate and oversee disaster restoration and construction, in both residential and commercial settings. Our clients are mostly insurance companies/adjusters and property managers, and our responsibility is to deliver satisfaction and a high quality product to the property owner and the insurance client or commercial manager. Responsibilities include:

  • estimating clean-up and reconstruction, usually with Xactimate
  • acting as principle contact for the customer
  • securing the work and running the job to completion
  • working effectively with team members, inside and out of the organization
  • ensuring all service level agreements, key performance indicators, profitability and revenue goals are met
  • meeting all needed administrative and corporate responsibilities and expectations
  • on-call rotations and extra hours are routinely required in this role without additional compensation

We want someone who is going to be assertive in hunting and securing new work as well as delivering on our promises to keep our customers satisfied. You'll report to the VP and work closely with the Administration Team and the Operations Manager.

You need to like multitasking, a fast-paced environment and great people. You'll also need to possess exceptional attention to detail, strong technical/computing skill and strong people skills. We can train you in the restoration industry; just bring the transferable skills! Those with experience estimating and managing construction in both commercial and residential environments preferred (doubly so if it's in the restoration industry).

There is a big range in pay in this position, because there is a big range in what "deliverables" each Project Manager can provide, given where they are in their career. Bonuses also apply, increasing potential. And yes, we have a hybrid remote/in office work arrangement possible, within our remote work guidelines.

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in restoring peace of mind to customers who have faced devastating events such as floods, fires, and other disasters. In this leadership role, you'll coordinate and oversee the full recovery process-guiding families and businesses through critical next steps, managing project timelines, and ensuring work is completed with care and professionalism. If you excel in a collaborative environment and want to make a meaningful impact during some of the most challenging moments in people's lives, we'd be thrilled to have you lead the way in bringing comfort, stability, and quality service to those who need it most.

Apply now if this sounds like a fit for you; we'd be excited to hear from you.

Compensation: $55,633.00 - $132,427.00 per year
