Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• Must be willing to travel globally, with significant overnight stays.
• Experience interpreting construction and electrical drawings.
• Understanding of construction processes and practices is essential.
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude is necessary.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; AutoCAD skills are a plus.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for communications once the Purchase Order is received.
• Support sales with pre-sale site visits as needed.
• Develop the scope of work for Musco projects.
• Create and evaluate RFQs for subcontractors; ensure procurement efficiency.
• Coordinate delivery, storage, and installation logistics for projects.
• Process Change Orders and communicate updates to the team.
• Manage on-site installations and ensure successful execution of projects.
• Commission lighting systems to ensure proper operation and performance.
• Train customers on the operation of lighting system controls post-installation.
• Conduct final inspections and compile project close-out reports.
• Manage invoice approvals and coordinate with the finance team for final billing.
