Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or technical field preferred, or relevant experience considered
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to interpret project specifications and construction or electrical drawings
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Skilled in prioritizing multiple tasks and projects
• Team-oriented with a goal-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Review project details and define scope of work
• Develop work scope and create requests for quotes (RFQ) for subcontractors
• Attend preconstruction meetings to coordinate project details
• Provide onsite training to customers and contractors for product installation
• Field and address technical questions from project stakeholders
• Identify and implement change orders, tracking installation and approving invoices
• Provide weekly progress reports to stakeholders
• Conduct final inspections and manage project closeout documentation
• Manage 25-35 projects to completion each year
• Travel weekly for project visits, typically 2-4 days per week, with a company vehicle provided
