Full Job Description
As a Project Manager reporting to the Global Head of Data, you'll play a critical role in driving operational efficiency across the Data business within Capital Access Platforms. This role will serve as a senior driver of execution across the Data business, helping translate strategic priorities into coordinated action across teams and initiatives. The individual will partner closely with leadership and stakeholders across product, sales, operations, finance, legal, and technology to bring greater structure, visibility, and accountability to the business's most important programs. This role is designed for a highly capable operator who can function as a strategic partner to leadership, connect work across the organization, and ensure complex initiatives are executed with discipline and consistency.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, execution-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, matrixed environment. They bring strong business judgment, program leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively across a broad set of stakeholders and priorities. They are able to create clarity and structure where needed, engage confidently with senior leaders, and drive follow-through across strategic initiatives with a high degree of ownership. Experience supporting complex business initiatives in a data, technology, or similarly cross-functional environment is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead coordination and execution across the Data business's highest-priority strategic initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment and sustained progress across multiple workstreams.
    Partner closely with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, governance routines, and measurable deliverables.
  • Drive visibility and execution discipline across a portfolio of initiatives by tracking progress, dependencies, risks, and key decisions, and proactively surfacing issues that require leadership attention.
  • Establish and strengthen governance, reporting, and operating routines that improve transparency, accountability, prioritization, and follow-through across the organization.
  • Support the leadership operating cadence through business reviews, executive updates, action tracking, meeting preparation, and structured follow-up on key decisions and priorities.
  • Connect strategy to execution by ensuring initiatives are coordinated effectively across business and technology teams and remain aligned to broader organizational goals.
  • Play an important role in advancing the business's AI agenda by helping track AI initiatives, coordinating efforts across teams, and partnering across the broader organization to ensure visibility, alignment, and execution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes, operating effectiveness, and organizational efficiency across the division.
  • Ensure key project materials, decision logs, and management updates are maintained in a way that supports strong governance, stakeholder alignment, and executive visibility.
  • Lead critical stakeholder meetings and working sessions to drive clarity, alignment, decision-making, and accountability.
  • Support leadership communications and management reporting by helping coordinate key business metrics, status updates, and materials for executive and team forums.


Required Qualifications
  • Education: B.A. or B.S. Degree in Business, Project Management, a related field, or relevant work experience.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of related work experience.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and organizational skills, strong communication and engagement skills, ability to build trust and inspire confidence, and a collaborative working style.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within financial services, fintech, or data-driven business environments.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies or structured project management frameworks.


This position will be located in New York City, NY and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $79,000 - $138,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
