Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects within the grocery retail sector. The ideal candidate will manage timelines, budgets, and ensure project milestones are met while collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate project development.
- Utilize Procore software to track project progress and manage documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
- Develop project plans, including resource allocation and risk management strategies.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably in grocery retail projects.
- Familiarity with Procore software and other project management tools.
- Jack of all trades
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of retail construction standards and practices, particularly in grocery stores.
- Experience in managing commercial, industrial, or biomedical construction projects is a plus.
