Full Job Description
SHADOW is seeking a proactive and organized Project Manager (contract to permanent) to manage creative, campaign, and production initiatives from inception to completion. In this role, you will own the day to day execution of projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget while maintaining high quality standards. You will act as a bridge between internal teams and clients, balancing tactical execution with strategic oversight.

Please note: This is a 2-3 month contract position with the potential to transition into a permanent full-time role based on business needs and performance.
Responsibilities

Project Ownership & Management
  • Drive the full project lifecycle by creating and managing detailed timelines, trackers, and workflows.
  • Monitor daily activities and project health, proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions to keep deadlines on track.
  • Lead project status meetings, prepare comprehensive agendas, and ensure all action items are documented and assigned.

Client & Stakeholder Relations
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to define project goals, resource requirements, and success metrics.
  • Facilitate clear communication between internal departments, vendors, and external partners to ensure total alignment.

Budget & Resource Coordination
  • Manage project budgets and communicate any budget or resourcing needs. Work with production and account management to inform the client of any cost implications or budget overages.
  • Work with division leads to assess resource needs and help prioritize tasks across the team.
  • QA and Review deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and project requirements before final delivery and trafficking.

Process & Mentorship
  • Implement and refine project management best practices and tools to improve team efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and support to Associate Project Managers, helping to delegate tasks and oversee their professional growth.
  • Conduct post project reviews to capture key learnings and identify opportunities for future improvement.
What You Bring
