The Position

We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager (Construction) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, organizational expertise, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and execute installation and repair projects from initiation to completion
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project goals and deadlines
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Ensure quality standards are met throughout all phases of the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate tasks, schedules, and deliverables across teams
  • Lead project closure activities, including final inspections, documentation, and handover
  • Provide leadership, direction, and support to project teams
  • Drive high levels of client satisfaction through consistent communication and results
  • Report project progress, challenges, and outcomes to the direct supervisor
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with codes and company standards and legislation
  • Other duties as assigned
