JOB SUMMARY
The Project Manager II is responsible for the end-to-end management of projects with a Total Contract Value (TCV) between $500K and $1Mn. This role involves managing projects on a deliverables-based or outcome-based model, ensuring the delivery of agreed scope within defined timelines and costs. The primary focus is on achieving project success, meeting acceptance criteria, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This includes identifying stakeholders, maintaining communication, defining project activities, optimizing resources, managing risks, implementing governance, and assessing project health through metrics. A significant part of the role involves building and mentoring high-performing teams, driving software engineering best practices, and ensuring effective implementation of software delivery methodologies.
