What You'll Be Doing:- Manage all aspects of commercial roofing projects from start to finish
- Coordinate schedules, budgets, materials, and subcontractors
- Serve as the primary point of contact between field crews and office leadership
- Collaborate with Superintendents and Field Leaders to support field operations
- Speak Spanish to communicate effectively with crews (required)
What We're Looking For:- 3-5+ years of commercial roofing experience (Project Manager- level)
- Proficiency with single-ply systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM)
- Fluent in Spanish (required)
- Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects at once
