Position OverviewThe Project Manager - Commercial Interiors will oversee and manage interior renovation projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a blend of leadership, organizational skills, and industry knowledge to successfully coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage commercial interior renovation projects from start to finish.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their vision is realized.
- Supervise subcontractors and on-site personnel to ensure quality control and compliance with specifications.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on budget, timelines, and any potential risks.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project effectively and efficiently.
- Conduct final inspections to ensure project completion meets quality standards and client satisfaction.
Qualifications- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial interiors or construction industry.
- Proven track record of managing successful interior renovation projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, interior design principles, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
