Commercial Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects while helping grow our business across multiple markets.
This unique role combines
project management, client relationship development, and business growth, giving you the opportunity to manage projects from concept to completion while serving as a trusted partner to owners, architects, engineers, and contractors.
What You'll Do- Develop and cultivate new business opportunities within the commercial construction market.
- Present RC2's modular construction solutions to clients, developers, architects, and industry partners.
- Manage commercial projects from design through completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, specifications, scopes of work, and logistics plans.
- Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and payment applications.
- Manage subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Prepare cost estimates and Rough Order Magnitude (ROM) budgets.
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.
- Monitor budgets, schedules, and project performance to ensure successful outcomes.
- Coordinate field repairs, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of construction project management experience.
- Knowledge of commercial construction practices and building codes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
Preferred Qualifications- Modular construction or manufacturing experience.
- CAD experience.
- Experience with Buildertrend, Pipeline Deals, or similar project management/CRM platforms.
