About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of complex technology implementation projects.

This role will involve managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks and stakeholder communication, while working closely with cross-functional technical teams, vendors and subcontractors. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard, while supporting customers across mission-critical environments.

The successful candidate will bring strong project management capability, technical understanding and the confidence to work with internal teams, external partners and law enforcement, defence or government stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include
  • Developing and managing detailed project plans, timelines, milestones and resource allocation.
  • Defining project scope and objectives with input from key stakeholders.
  • Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams, including software developers, RF engineers and systems engineers.
  • Managing work completed by vendors and subcontractors.
  • Creating and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress and addressing potential delays.
  • Providing technical oversight to ensure solutions align with requirements and compliance standards.
  • Identifying, assessing and mitigating project risks.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates and managing expectations.
  • Monitoring project budgets and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation, including plans, status reports and compliance records.


About You

The successful candidate will ideally have:
  • 7+ years' experience in project management or a related technical delivery role.
  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field preferred.
  • US Citizenship and preparedness to undergo US security clearance, background checks and reference checks if required.
  • PMP Certification preferred, but not required.
  • Experience planning, executing and overseeing complex technical projects.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project or Salesforce.
  • Understanding of communications technologies, software development, systems integration or RF communications.
  • Experience working with Federal, State or Local Law Enforcement, Unmanned Aircraft Systems vendors/users, or US DoD customers would be advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
