Full Job Description
Position Title: Project Manager, Circuit Protection & Controls

Location: Peachtree Corners, GA (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Project Manager for Electrical ProductsThis position reports to Segment Head of Circuit Protection & Controls. The successful candidate will interface with both internal and external customers to support our most important customers. This position allows for remote working with some work travel will be required.

You will make an impact with the following responsibilities:
  • Project manager for multiple projects for specific assigned customers
  • Support project stakeholders on day-to-day activities.
  • Create baseline project schedules and reset customer expectations (if required) upon project kickoff.
  • Set firm expectations on expected product release dates.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to resolve project or delivery issues.
  • Track and keep customers updated on pressing project issues.
  • Coordinate deliveries with customers or project site
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex issues and challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive improvements across organizations.
  • Applies skills to resolve complex problems to ensure successful delivery of projects pursuant to customer deliverables and agreed upon contract terms.
  • Displays a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high impact,
  • complex and/or cross-functional problems.
  • Develops risk mitigation plans to preempt potential problems through the application of concepts, techniques, knowledge, processes, and lessons learned.
  • Develops dashboards & visual reporting tools for CP&C Segment.
  • Will assist and support in warranty-related claims while balancing best bottom-line results and customer experience.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business or four years of experience in lieu of a bachelors degree.
  • 1 plus years of experience in the application and concepts of Low Voltage Electrical Products.
  • Experience with (COMPAS, SAP, Knime, Tableau etc.)
  • Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • BS in electrical or mechanical engineering
  • Successful history working with OEMs
  • Successful history working with construction projects
  • PMI - PMP or equivalent
  • Demonstrates problem solving skills to stakeholders on various Low Voltage Electrical Systems products.
  • Maintains excellent organizational skills to store critical company and customer files including Emails, Purchase Agreements, Bid Proposals, Project Schedules, Meeting Minutes, etc
  • Demonstrate and applies strong interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Achievement & Results orientation, with high self-motivation
  • Able to identify complex problems, analyze options, and implement effective solutions.

The pay range for this position is $61,547 - $105,509 . The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
