Responsibilities:

Client & Account Management
  • Serve as the primary trusted advisor and point of contact for a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across client organizations
  • Apply emotional intelligence (EQ) to understand client needs, manage expectations, and navigate complex organizational dynamics
  • Support long-term client retention, repeat business, and program expansion

Project Delivery & Execution
  • Lead end-to-end AssetPlanner implementation projects from initiation through completion
  • Lead a flagship state government project, ensuring alignment between AssetPlanner outputs and funding appropriation requirements, budget cycles, and governance frameworks
  • Coordinate internal cross-functional teams to meet project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and decision-making processes with clarity and professionalism
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, facility teams, and external partners across:
    • Public sector
    • Education (K-12 and post-secondary)
    • Institutional and government organizations
    • Commercial and industrial sectors

Project Controls & Governance
  • Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and risk profiles to ensure:
    • Contractual compliance
    • Project profitability
  • Oversee project execution within government funding and appropriation constraints, ensuring traceability between project deliverables and approved funding allocations
  • Monitor project progress and quality, identifying and resolving deficiencies or deviations
  • Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Track and document delays, escalating issues as required

Communication & Stakeholder Alignment
  • Provide clear, consistent reporting on project status, risks, and issues
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal awareness and EQ in all communications, particularly in high-pressure or escalated situations
  • Translate technical outputs into funding and decision-making insights for government stakeholders
  • Influence stakeholders through credibility, empathy, and structured communication
  • Ensure alignment across teams through structured updates and documentation

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define project needs and optimize delivery strategies
  • Drive process improvements across project management practices
  • Mentor and support junior project managers, promoting both technical capability and interpersonal effectiveness

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience.

  • Proven experience in enterprise project management and service delivery
  • Experience working with public sector or government clients, particularly in environments involving budgeting, capital planning, or funding appropriation processes
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Project financials (budgets, margins, forecasting)
    • SLA management and performance tracking
    • Resource coordination and issue resolution
  • Experience delivering software or SaaS implementations (preferred: asset management, CMMS, or sustainability platforms).
  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence (EQ), including the ability to manage stakeholder relationships, resolve conflict, and lead through influence rather than authority.

Additional Qualifications:
  • Strong client-facing leadership in enterprise and public sector environments
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ), with the ability to build trust, manage conflict, and influence decision-making
  • Ability to align technical delivery with funding and governance structures
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
