Chaparral is seeking an experienced Specialty Construction Manager to lead project sales, operations, and client relations for various types of projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, construction operations, and industry codes, combined with excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Position Description

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Allocate resources effectively, managing staffing, materials, tracking costs accordingly.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and deadlines.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support project managers, site supervisors, and field teams.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations to maintain high standards of productivity.
  • Track and report field productivity to corporate leadership. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to coordinate project requirements.
