Step into a pivotal leadership role where you'll guide mid-to-large commercial projects from initial concept and proposal development right through to final close-out. You'll lead pre-construction under CM, drive design-to-tender workflows, convert to a stipulated-sum model, and execute construction with precision, accountability and collaboration. As a mentor and coach, you'll empower project managers and coordinators to raise their game, foster strong partnerships with clients and subcontractors, and drive continuous improvements in safety, quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Own full-lifecycle delivery of mid-to-large commercial and institutional projects • Participate in cradle-to-grave project delivery, including: Design review and constructability input, contract administration, Construction sequencing, site logistics, and methodology development, Close-out, hand-off, and client transition • Manage, open CM (CCDC 5A/5B), converted CM (CCDC 2), and traditional LS (CCDC 2) delivery models: Shift projects from open to fixed-sum contracts through risk identification and tender recap, Mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities throughout construction • Lead the subtrade buy-out process, with input from the estimating team, and in accordance with the PM manual. • Adopt and integrate all Chandos project management systems: Chandos Production System, Project Execution Plan, Quality Management system, Health and Safety Program and Project Management Manual. • Prepare detailed construction schedules, track on a weekly basis, and report results. Utilize Chandos Production System on-site to its full capacity, and meet or beat the project milestones and schedule. • Complete accurate monthly forecasts for all assigned projects. • Conduct Project End Book analysis in order to identify areas for improvement; make recommendations based on findings. • Train and mentor project coordinators-develop tomorrow's leaders today • Foster client, consultant and subcontractor relationships that drive repeat business and strong referrals • Embed continuous improvement: streamline processes, reinforce safety best practices, capture lessons learned Qualifications You bring grit, accountability, and an entrepreneurial mindset to every project. Compensation Transparency Expected Salary: $102,000 - $137,000 The base salary range for this role is listed above and may vary based on your experience.
