Position Description: We are seeking a results driven Project Manager to lead complex initiatives at the intersection of telecommunications infrastructure and financial systems.
This position is located in Dallas, Texas.
4 days in office.
Your future duties and responsibilities: This role requires a strong understanding of telecom concepts-such as fiber build deployments, circuit provisioning, and network operations-alongside the ability to interpret and manage financial data, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: The ideal candidate will oversee the end to end delivery of projects involving telecom and finance platforms, ensuring alignment between technical teams, business stakeholders, and financial objectives
This position demands comfort operating in a highly ambiguous, fast paced environment with minimal direction. The Project/Program Manager will be expected to proactively define scope, establish structure, and create actionable plans while navigating evolving requirements. Success in this role requires exceptional problem solving skills, the ability to synthesize technical and financial information, and a track record of driving outcomes across cross functional teams. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as the role involves translating complex telecom and financial concepts into clear insights for leadership and partners.
Experience with telecom/fiber build systems, finance systems (e.g., ERP or billing platforms), and program governance practices is highly valued.
Other Information:
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $88,200.00 $154,800.00.
