DescriptionYour Role at Relatient:We're seeking a
Project Manager (Client Operations Manager) to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to clients, leading implementation projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful adoption of Relatient solutions that improve patient access and operational efficiency.
How You'll Make an Impact: - Lead end-to-end implementation of Relatient solutions, ensuring successful delivery aligned to defined project scope, timelines, and client objectives.
- Provide clear visibility into project status, including milestones, risks, dependencies, and timelines to both internal stakeholders and clients.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by identifying process improvements, recommending solution designs, and maximizing value related to patient access and operational outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with distributed teams to resolve complex implementation challenges and drive timely resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by helping develop processes, tools, and best practices that enhance team performance and operational efficiency.
What You Bring: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of project management experience in healthcare, information technology, or SaaS environments
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and meeting deadlines in dynamic environments
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI frameworks)
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Salesforce and SQL is a plus

Travel Requirements: - Traveling up to 20% may be required.
Pay & Perks: The salary range for this role is
$70,000-$95,000.Final compensation depends on experience, skills, and location.
