The Opportunity:
Step into a high-impact Project Manager role where you'll help shape the delivery of technical projects across Glumac's Central Region. This is a great opportunity for a driven, relationship-oriented professional who enjoys balancing client leadership, project execution, and financial performance while working closely with talented engineering teams on meaningful, high-volume work.

Position Summary:
As Project Manager, you will lead projects from concept through execution, keeping schedules, budgets, staffing, and quality on track. You'll partner with clients, internal teams, and design collaborators to drive strong outcomes, protect margins, and support repeat business. This role is ideal for someone who brings a big-picture view, strong communication skills, and a mechanical or electrical engineering background to a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Functions:

Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience
    • 5+ years of relevant project management or related technical experience
    • Background in mechanical or electrical engineering
    • Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and staffing
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and commute easily to an office


Preferred Qualifications:

    • Professional Engineer (PE) license
    • Experience managing $1M+ in annual project work
    • Background in AEC project delivery
    • Experience as a Project Manager, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or Client Manager
    • Demonstrated success in building client relationships and generating repeat work
    • Strong understanding of QC processes and project financial performance


Work Environment and Location:
This position offers a hybrid work environment, with a requirement of two in-office days per week in our San Francisco, CA office. All candidates must be located in and eligible to work in the U.S.

Compensation:
Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000 (depending on experience)
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the compensation scale for this role. Actual salaries will be determined based on location, experience, responsibilities, and qualifications. This salary range is just one component of Glumac's total compensation package, which includes benefits, professional development opportunities, and additional incentives.
