WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: The Technical Part:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and at least ten plus (10+) years of experience on Pharma and Capital Projects
- Bilingual, Spanish and English (good communications)
- Experience in:
- Design Management
- Construction & C&Q RFP development
- Manage construction implementation
- Lead construction weekly meetings
- Lead weekly meeting with stake holders
- Manage RFI, submittal, & change orders logs
- Manage change control process
- Develop and update cash flow
- Develop & update integrated project schedule

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)- Responsible for the development and implementation of various projects.
- Manage budgets and applicable cross-functional team members.
- Manage all aspects of projects including the scope development, initial design, acquiring permits, bidding process and proposal evaluation.
- Create budget, scheduling construction, overseeing field operations, change control, commissioning, and validation process.
- Coordination required with production areas to achieve project schedule objectives.
- Develop status reports, cost estimates, and resource plans.
