What is the opportunity?

Join our Strategic Initiatives & Infrastructure team within Wealth Management Global Credit & Banking Solutions, where you'll lead ambitious projects and initiatives that shape the future of our global credit strategy. As a Project Manager, you'll own the full project lifecycle of complex, multi-year transformations-from planning and budgeting through successful delivery and benefits realization. This is about driving real change across regions while building strong partnerships with leadership, teams, and stakeholders worldwide. What will you do?
  • Own the project lifecycle-develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, track progress, and deliver status updates aligned with enterprise standards and governance requirements.
  • Lead across borders-engage with team members and stakeholders across regions throughout the entire project journey, from analysis and design through testing, change readiness, and implementation.
  • Build consensus at the top-manage relationships with senior stakeholders, driving agreement on direction and delivery while ensuring risks and issues are escalated promptly and appropriately.
  • Deliver business outcomes-take responsibility for all key business deliverables, from requirements and functional specs to testing approaches, use cases, and change readiness planning.
  • Bridge business and technology-collaborate seamlessly with Technology teams throughout the project, especially during critical moments like UAT, issue management, and resolution.
  • Manage risk proactively-oversee governance and risk reviews, including supplier, privacy, and data risk assessments to keep projects on solid ground.
  • Master multiple methodologies-apply your expertise in business analysis, risk and issue management, and activity tracking with strong knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile approaches.
  • Set the standard-champion project management excellence by ensuring consistency with enterprise standards, methodology, and governance requirements across all initiatives.


What do you need to succeed?

  • A relevant degree, formal business qualification, or hands-on experience in Programme, Project, or Change Management within global financial services.
  • Proven track record leading the management, planning, budgeting, and successful execution of multi-year, complex change projects in global organizations.
  • Experience partnering with SaaS vendors on complex change and integration projects-you know how to navigate vendor relationships and drive successful implementations.
  • Very strong communication skills and presence, with the ability to inspire creative thinking and build consensus across diverse, geographically distributed teams.
  • A very strong talent for relationship building-strong stakeholder management skills that help you connect effectively with colleagues across regions and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
  • Ability to lead with a flexible, growth-minded approach to thrive in a continuously improving environment, adapting your leadership style to deploy the right skills and expertise for each initiative.


Nice-to-have
  • Experience managing projects related to banking, credit underwriting, collateral monitoring, or loan servicing-especially for HNW and UHNW clients.
  • Experience managing projects spanning multiple jurisdictions or time zones.
  • Knowledge and proven successful application of Business Process Reengineering methodologies like Lean Six Sigma.
  • Knowledge and proven successful application of capacity modeling and growth forecasting tools.
