Full Job Description
About the Role

We are hiring a Project manager/Business Analyst to support the innovation and change pipeline for one of our enterprise client engagements. This role owns the operating discipline behind that pipeline and provides project and business analysis support on two to four major initiatives at a time. It is as much about carrying vision and adoption work forward between meetings as it is about running the initiatives directly. The right person keeps multiple thought streams alive and threaded across several concurrent efforts so that nothing stalls while waiting on one calendar.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Management
    • Own intake, movement, and documentation of ideas, issues, and solutions, including the key details and metadata that make the pipeline usable.
    • Run intake and keep items moving. Own pipeline performance and metrics rather than simply recording status.
    • Identify and implement automation opportunities, while continuing to manage the process by hand where needed.
    • Own the shared visibility tools (such as a SharePoint site) and keep stakeholder facing information current.
    • Maintain a catalog of solutions in progress and delivered.

Stakeholder and Liaison Support
    • Contribute to a liaison community that spans multiple business units, reinforcing expectations and behaviors.
    • Support regular touchpoints with business unit and firm leadership to set goals, priorities, and measure progress.
    • Ensure stakeholders across the organization have voice and inclusion in change efforts. Note: this role contributes to the liaison program and does not own it; there is a separate lead who owns it end to end.

Program and Business Analysis Support
    • Provide project management and business analysis support on two to four major initiatives at a time. These may include large scale delivery programs, client facing platform work, process transformation, and AI or automation workstreams.
    • Carry vision and adoption work forward between leadership touchpoints, not just the delivery mechanics.
    • Maintain context and continuity across several initiatives running at once.
    • Strengthen documentation practices where they are currently a gap.

Ad Hoc Initiatives
    • Support special assignments as they arise, roughly once or twice a month, such as research, voice of customer campaigns, and similar initiatives. The nature of these assignments will vary.

Qualifications
    • Proven experience in a project management or business analyst capacity, supporting multiple concurrent change initiatives in a professional services or consulting environment.
    • Comfortable operating in a complex, matrixed organization where progress depends on influence as much as formal authority.
    • Strong written documentation discipline.
    • Hands on experience with Azure DevOps and SharePoint, with the ability to build and maintain a stakeholder facing site independently.
    • A process automation mindset, looking for what can be automated before adding manual overhead.
    • Strong executive facing communication skills, credible in front of business unit and firm leadership.
    • Experience working with globally distributed teams, including teams operating in Indian Standard Time.

Engagement Details
    • Commitment: This may be structured as one full-time role or as a fractional commitment; the intent is for it to be filled by one person
    • Location: United States (remote), with core working hours in US Eastern time and overlap into Indian Standard Time
    • Reports To: Taazaa leadership, with day to day direction from the client engagement lead
    • Term: This is intended as an ongoing, multi-year engagement rather than a single project assignment
    • Start Date: As soon as possible
