Graham is actively recruiting for Project Managers supporting the Buildings Division. Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Project Manager plays a key role in delivering construction projects up to $50M, ensuring schedule, cost, HSE & Quality, and client satisfaction from pre-construction through close-out.

Your Role in Building What Matters - From Office to Site

  • Lead full project lifecycle: planning, start-up, execution, and close-out
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and milestone dates
  • Oversee subcontracting process and procurement activities
  • Implement and monitor HSE and Quality plans to meet corporate standards
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a high-performing project team


The Right Tools for the Job
  • Education: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or a related field is preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in coordinating construction projects
  • Knowledge of risk management, contract administration, and scheduling
  • Software: Proficiency with MS Office Suite and using scheduling and project management software


Compensation

We are looking for various levels of Project Managers for upcoming projects in BC, your salary will be commensurate with education and experience.

  • Salary Range: $102,000 to $150,000 per annum
  • Compensation aligned to education and experience, ensuring fair and competitive placement
  • Three to five weeks of vacation, with additional credit for prior industry experience
