Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technology and integration initiatives within the Brokerage and Wealth Management space. The role will manage end-to-end delivery while coordinating across business, technology, architecture, vendor, and delivery teams, with a particular focus on integration and API-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong Financial Services experience, domain knowledge across Brokerage and/or Wealth Management, and proven expertise managing complex cross-functional technology projects and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end delivery of Brokerage and Wealth Management technology initiatives.
• Drive project planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate integration and API-related work across internal teams and external partners such as brokerage and custody platforms.
• Partner closely with architects, engineering teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
• Provide clear project status reporting and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to program leadership.
Required Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in Technology Project and/or Program Management.
• 5+ years of experience managing integration and API-driven projects.
• 3+ years of experience in the Brokerage and/or Wealth Management domain.
• 5+ years of experience working with large Financial Services organizations.
• 5+ years of experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional delivery coordination.
Preferred Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience working with Pershing or similar brokerage/custody platforms.
