Job Summary

We are seeking a full-stack .NET Developer with strong AI experience to design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies and Azure cloud services. The role combines software development and QA responsibilities, with developers expected to work across both backend and frontend components while supporting production systems and customer implementations. AI experience is especially important, with hands-on exposure to AI/ML model creation, integration, deployment, and enterprise application use. The role will support Optum Integrity One and Fusion Autonomous Coding initiatives and requires strong collaboration across technical and non-technical teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions supporting Optum Integrity One and Fusion Autonomous Coding initiatives.
• Develop full-stack features across backend and frontend applications based on business and product requirements.
• Integrate AI-powered capabilities and services into enterprise applications while ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Support Azure-based infrastructure provisioning and deployment activities, including storage accounts and app services using tools such as Terraform.
• Collaborate closely with implementation teams, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders during US business hours to support onboarding and issue resolution.
• Support production systems by troubleshooting customer issues, investigating incidents, and implementing long-term solutions.
• Participate in development and QA activities, including cross-checking and validating user stories and application changes.
• Support Azure queues, tables, triggers, microservices, and related cloud services.
• Apply enterprise-approved AI tools to improve coding, documentation, data analysis, decision-making, delivery quality, and productivity.

Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL Server, and Azure cloud technologies.
• Experience with Azure queues, tables, triggers, microservices, and related Azure services.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and DevOps practices.
• Experience designing, hosting, integrating, and supporting AI/ML models within enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with AI model creation, training, or integration, with 1-2 years of AI experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and production support skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience working in Agile software development environments.
• Baseline proficiency with enterprise-approved AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other approved GenAI platforms.

Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management, medical coding, or clinical workflow systems.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, AI model deployment, and monitoring.
• Experience supporting large-scale SaaS platforms and customer implementations.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and system integration patterns.
• Experience developing enterprise software applications using Microsoft technologies.
• Healthcare technology experience, particularly in medical coding, revenue cycle management, claims processing, or clinical workflow solutions.
• Experience supporting customer implementations and production environments.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise software solutions.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance coding, documentation, data analysis, and decision-making workflows.
