About the RoleAs a
Project Manager, Branded Environments, you'll lead the successful delivery of complex experiential and architectural projects from concept through installation. Acting as the central hub between clients, designers, engineers, production teams, vendors, and installation crews, you'll ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

What You'll Do- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of branded environment projects from kickoff through final installation.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
- Serve as the primary client contact throughout project execution, building trust through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, detailing, fabrication, procurement, and installation teams to drive projects forward.
- Facilitate project meetings, monitor milestones, and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
- Identify challenges early and develop practical solutions that maintain project objectives and client expectations.
- Manage change orders, project documentation, schedules, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and installation partners to ensure flawless execution.
- Champion quality, consistency, and attention to detail while balancing creativity, functionality, and budget requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and best practices across project teams.
Who We're Looking For- 5+ years of project management experience within branded environments, experiential marketing, exhibit construction, corporate interiors, retail environments, museum projects, architectural millwork, or similar industries.
- Proven success managing complex, multidisciplinary projects from concept to completion.
- Strong understanding of fabrication, construction, millwork, architectural detailing, materials, and production processes.
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, project financials, and multiple concurrent projects.
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong client management and stakeholder communication abilities.
- Comfortable leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- PMP certification or formal project management training is considered an asset.
