Project Manager BI M/FPermanent position | Full-Time | Montreal (QC)
What will your rolebe?
In this project, your main responsibilities will be:
• Develop and generate the appropriate KPIs/key performance indicators (KPIs) for monitoring operational performance, progress of production activities as well as the associated dashboard.
• Coordinate and organize the various activities of the operations teams.
• Provide project management support for several projects regarding operations management
• Establish project scope, definition of implementation strategies
• Prepare and ensure budget tracking for all operations teams
What qualifications are we looking for?
You have:
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management
• Ideally a minimum of 5 years of related experience in the aeronautical field
• Be bilingual French and English
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to demonstrate leadership
Assets:
• Very good knowledge of technical limitations
• Be recognized for the ability to work both in a team and independently
• Have good interpersonal skills and know how to adapt his communication to the concerned interlocutor, whether intra or extra service. As such, his strength of conviction allows him to argue on the technical aspects with courtesy and pedagogy
