ResponsibilitiesThe Project Manager will support Barrow Wise's GSA Program in the following areas:
- Serve as the contractor's single contract manager, and shall be the contractor's authorized interface with the CO and the COR
- Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates
- Responsible for the oversight of the entire project interfacing with the customer along with the project manager in some cases
- Display knowledge of all aspects of the project, including cloud services and cybersecurity requirements
- Develop project from inception to deployment
- Provide expertise in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms, and demonstrated capability in managing multi-task contracts and/or subcontracts of various types and complexity
- General experience in information systems design and/or management
- Develop and manage the PMP
- Manage and motivate the team
- Provide necessary approvals
- Develop project reports
- Enforce Quality Management System and company proprietary methodologies.
- Identify efficiencies and innovative approaches
An Ideal Candidate has:- Master's Degree in business or IT related field; PMP Required
- 20 years of related experience
- Ability to present problem-solving strategies
- Effective communication skills, customer service skills, and ability to build effective work relationships
- Ability to independently perform multiple tasks with dynamic priorities
- US Citizen
