Job DescriptionThe Impact you will have in this role:As a member of the Enterprise Transformation team, the Project Manager - Associate supports the delivery of business and technology initiatives by partnering closely with senior project and program leads. The role focuses on hands-on execution, coordination, and structured project management support across defined workstreams or smaller initiatives. This position is well-suited for an individual who is building a strong foundation in project management fundamentals, stakeholder engagement, and delivery discipline, and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and learning-oriented environment. Success in this role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to ramp up quickly on new initiatives while contributing meaningfully to outcome delivery.
Your Primary Responsibilities: - Support the planning, execution, and tracking of small to medium initiatives or defined workstreams within larger programs.
- Maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and action registers, ensuring information is accurate, current, and actionable.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to coordinate deliverables, timelines, and interdependencies.
- Actively monitor risks and issues, escalating concerns early with supporting analysis and recommended actions.
- Prepare project materials including status updates, working level presentations, and operational documentation. level presentations, and operational documentation.
- Support change adoption activities by assisting with communications, readiness tracking, and stakeholder engagement efforts.
- Apply standard project management methodologies (agile, waterfall, hybrid) with increasing independence.
- Rapidly ramp up on new initiatives, synthesizing information into clear execution artifacts.
- Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately
Qualifications: - Minimum of 4 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
