Project Manager

Full Time Salaried: Monday - Friday (Remote)

Pay Range: $145,000 to $165,000 Annually

Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for directing most phases of the planning and management processes for various project types ranging from facility expansions. Specializes in the design, development, and construction of new environments for Front Porch. This role ensures effective technical oversight, streamlined processes, and the successful delivery of projects from concept through completion.

Essential Functions:

The duties listed below are considered essential to the successful performance of this position, as defined by Front Porch. Additional responsibilities may be assigned in the future and may also be considered essential to the role:
• Manage all aspects of project planning, tracking, scope, scheduling, contracts and procurement, environmental health, and safety (EH&S), quality assurance, engineering, construction, and related project controls across cross-functional teams to ensure objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Lead, coordinate, and monitor the activities of design teams, general contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and progress toward project goals.
• Manage construction plan(s) and maintain accurate, up-to-date project status records.
• Continually monitor project performance to confirm progress is consistent with the project schedule and work complies with contract documents.
• Assess project risks and collaborate with the appropriate parties to implement mitigation strategies and resolve issues effectively.
• Support the selection of designers, contractors, and other project vendors.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Education or Equivalent Qualifications:

Essential:

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field, or an Associate's degree/two years of college, plus two years of related work experience, or 4 years of related work experience.

Preferred:

Master's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.

Credentials:

Certified Project Manager (CPM)

Work Experience:

Essential:

10 years leading large capital projects in a private, public or government sector environment.

Preferred:

5 years managing construction projects in a Senior Living environment.
