Were seeking a Project Manager to join our StormTek team. StormTek designs and delivers custom fabricated Full Trash Capture (FTC) devices that help California municipalities meet state stormwater requirements. This role focuses on project coordination and client management, keeping every project on schedule from contract award through completion. This position reports to the StormTek National Sales Manager.
As the Project Manager you will manage projects from contract award through fabrication, installation, and project completion.
Key Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:- Manage FTC device projects from contract award through completion (primary focus)
- Serve as the primary point of contact and face of the project for municipal clients
- Coordinate field measurement and installation schedules with field crews
- Coordinate fabrication schedules and deliveries
- Maintain project tracking, schedules, installation records, and client deliverables
- Coordinate with city staff on access, traffic control, and permits as needed
- Manage project documentation, closeout packages, and reporting
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and accounting to ensure successful delivery
- Support bids and estimating as needed
What Were Looking For- AA/AS degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in project management or project coordination.
- Construction, stormwater, public works, or municipal experience preferred.
Skills & Competencies- Strong organization, accountability, and deadline focus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working directly with clients, city staff, contractors, and vendors.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Maps, and project tracking tools, with the ability to learn new software.
