Public Job Title: Project Manager / Commercial HVAC Exp
Description for Project Manager:
-Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial HVAC projects, tenant improvements, equipment replacements, design-build projects, and plan/spec work.
Review construction drawings, specifications, bid documents, and project requirements.
Perform equipment takeoffs and material quantity calculations.
Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing.
Develop labor projections, project budgets, and cost analyses.

Details for Project Manager:
- Salary 80k+ DOE
- Schedule: M-F
- Shift Hours:7am-5pm
Requirements for Project Manager:
Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience.
Experience estimating commercial HVAC projects.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, sheet metal, piping, and mechanical construction practices.
Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel and project management software.
Excellent organizational and communication skills
