We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact initiatives. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who excels at navigating organizational dynamics and delivering results under pressure. You will be responsible for managing project lifecycles from inception to completion, ensuring every milestone is met with precision and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Execution: Drive medium-to-high complexity projects to completion, ensuring they remain on time, within scope, and under budget.

Stakeholder Management: Act as a primary point of contact for key stakeholders, professionally challenging assumptions and negotiating solutions to align with business goals.

Project Governance: Apply expert knowledge of project management methodologies and scheduling tools to maintain rigorous project standards.

Communication & Leadership: Execute comprehensive communication plans and provide mentorship/coaching to team members to foster a culture of success.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent technical experience (1 year of experience per 1 year of college).

Experience: 5-7 years of proven success in project management, specifically handling complex projects and conflict resolution.

Certifications: PMP or PMBOK certification preferred (or the ability to obtain certification within the first 2 years of employment).

Technical Savvy: Expert proficiency in at least one major project management scheduling tool.
