Business Analyst III
Role Purpose
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst III to join our data and strategy team. This role is designed for an analyst who is proficient in data visualization and quantitative modeling, looking to apply their skills within a fast-paced, enterprise environment. You will act as a key contributor to project teams, transforming raw data into actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
• Data Analysis & Modeling: Execute standard analysis using established data models to identify trends and operational efficiencies.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Extract and aggregate data to populate recurring reports and maintain high-visibility metrics.
• Stakeholder Presentation: Prepare and present findings to senior peers and internal clients, ensuring data is accessible and insightful.
• Project Support: Actively participate in cross-functional project teams, providing data-driven perspectives to support business objectives.
• Process Excellence: Follow established best practices and procedures to ensure data integrity and consistency across all deliverables.
• Communication: Facilitate the exchange of information and data between departments to streamline reporting workflows.
Candidate Requirements
Education & Foundation:
• Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in a professional analyst capacity, specifically within structured corporate environments.
Technical Proficiency:
• Visualization: Hands-on experience creating and managing Power BI reports.
• Data Manipulation: Expert-level proficiency in Excel.
• Visual Storytelling: Ability to develop Visual Dashboards (VDB) to convey complex information at a glance.
• Productivity Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, Visio, or similar workflow software.
