Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering (structural emphasis) required; Master's preferred.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license with structural designation required.
• Minimum of 6 years in building design; at least 2 years in a leadership position, or 8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree.
• Expertise in concrete, steel, masonry, and wood design.
• Proficiency in RAM Structural System, Tekla Structural Designer, Revit, and BIM 360.
• Strong knowledge of structural codes and design standards.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and document medium to large building structures across multiple sectors.
• Lead and manage design teams with senior leadership and project stakeholders.
• Oversee complete project delivery including calculations and documentation.
• Perform and review structural analysis using hand calculations and modeling tools.
• Coordinate detailing, material selection, and multidisciplinary integration.
• Ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
• Conduct site visits and manage RFIs, shop drawings, and report preparation.
