Supports programs spanning multiple operating regions/zones across the Carolinas; primarily desk-based, with coordination handled largely by phone and email.

Owns program management oversight for multiple O&M-related infrastructure maintenance and risk-mitigation programs.
Manages contract vendor relationships, including monitoring work plans, budgets, spend, and reviewing and approving invoices.
Builds and maintains relationships with stakeholders across multiple operating regions, coordinating scope execution and keeping teams aligned.
Supports program execution through desktop reviews and internal data analysis, packaging work for handoff to regional technical teams.
Partners with internal technical subject matter experts and works cross-functionally to ensure:

Alignment and sign-off from key internal stakeholders at each program milestone

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

Utility industry experience (e.g., power distribution, transmission, or similar infrastructure) preferred but not required.
PMP or CAPM certification, an MBA or related master's degree, or a construction-related certification (e.g., CMII, PE license) is a plus.
