Project Management Support Analyst - Senior (Technology Transfer Emphasis) Ft. Eustis - Newport News, VA area NOTE - Must be a US Citizen - Green Card Holders are not eligible Summary: Senior support for directorate-wide aviation R&D program management, with an emphasis on technology transfer (T2) agreements and policy. Key Duties • Draft and staff CRADAs, joint work statements, Test Service Agreements, no-cost demonstration agreements, and sensitive data exchange agreements. • Support planning and negotiation with for-profit and non-profit organizations. • Participate in T2 policy development and deliver educational programs on technology transfer. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor of Arts degree + 3 years contracts or program management experience plus an additional 3 years of T2 work or R&D contracts/agreements experience (Government or private sector). • Aviation, research, or development experience desirable.
