Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager provides cross-task integration leadership, data governance oversight, and strategic coordination across Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) and Psychological Operations (PSYOP). The role ensures continuity between assessment, research, planning, and operational execution by standardizing data structures, aligning workflows, andmaintainingunified analytic environments that directly supportevidencedrivendecision making.

Core Responsibilities

  • Monitor day-to-day execution of Tasks against the Project Management Plan (PMP) and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
  • Identifyperformance gaps, schedule slippages, and resource conflicts; escalate to PM with recommended corrective actions.
  • Ensure all deliverables are on track and meet quality standards per the Quality Management Plan (QMP).
  • Lead integration across assessment, analysis, research, and planning functions to ensure operational continuity and mission alignment.Manage protocols to ensure Taskoutputsremainimmediatelyusable by Task researchers and Task planners.
  • Eliminatestovepipingby directing standardized structures, integration workflows, and shared methods across platforms, and reporting streams.

This position is contingent on award of contract.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Political Science, International Relations, or related discipline;master'sdegree preferred.8years with BS/BA, 6 years with MS/MA or 3 years with PhD.
  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and project management tools; familiarity with NIPRNET, SIPRNET, JWICS environments; IA platformproficiencyrequiredwithin 30 days of onboarding.
  • Preferred Program/project management experience in DoD or IC environments; minimum 3 years supporting USSOCOM, J39, or information operations programs.
  • Preferred experience coordinating across multiple CCMDs simultaneously.
Target Salary Range$80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individuals experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
