Full Job Description
A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Project Management Professional at Siemens Energy, you'll support the successful execution of our North America Gas Turbine Services portfolio. You'll work closely with Project Managers, portfolio leaders, and senior stakeholders to turn complex project and financial data into clear, actionable insights. Through analytics, cost modeling, and performance reporting, you'll help drive transparency, consistency, and informed decision-making across our service programs-playing a key role in delivering strong business outcomes.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Build and maintain financial and cost models for gas turbine service projects, supporting full lifecycle and commercial decision-making.
  • Conduct scenario, forecasting, and variance analyses to assess cost, schedule, and performance impacts of changing project conditions.
  • Design and deliver enterprise-level dashboards and reports that clearly communicate KPIs, risks, trends, and opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Support quarterly forecasting, inventory trend analysis, and year-over-year performance tracking for portfolio leadership.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve PMO tools, data workflows, and system functionality, including enhancements to eFMT.
  • Leverage advanced analytics and emerging AI tools to improve reporting automation, insights, and decision support.
  • Enable user adoption through training, documentation, and change management for PMO systems and analytics tools.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with enterprise data and analytics tools, including SAP, Tableau, SQL/Oracle databases, eFMT, and Alteryx.
  • Solid understanding of project controls, financial modeling, and enterprise data structures.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data and analyses into clear insights for senior leaders and large audiences.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working effectively across cross-functional and matrixed environments.
  • Willingness and ability to work onsite at the Orlando headquarters at least three days per week.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
