Full Job Description
Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the completion of multiple divisional/department projects within the organization. Drive strategic initiatives and analyze data to provide insights for upper-level management to make important business decisions that helps the organization's profitability. Serves as resource to advise teams and effectively guide project teams in the development of new programs, tools, systems and/or any processes to optimize business strategies and organizational goals. Bases decisions on facts and data to measure and evaluate/meet project requirements and expectations. The ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders while monitoring team's work to ensure quality and effectiveness of data analysis to meet project goals is required.

Manage a team for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the performance of worldwide strategic business projects for senior and executive management. Plan and execute data-driven projects that achieve strategic objectives, collaborating with cross-functional business stakeholders and technical partners to assess opportunities and define requirements. The ability to lead multiple work streams with projects in various phases from ideation through delivery, while managing stakeholder expectations. Identify and mitigate risks to proactively identify potential risks that could impact the project and develop strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure successful outcomes. Prepares and presents reports and briefings to committees, upper management, and division heads as directed. Delivers and communicates project task assignments, priorities, schedules to all team members. Participates on various committees and task forces to ensure consideration of project needs and provides documentation to support those needs. Analyzes any problems/issues/concerns involving all aspects of the project and takes necessary actions to resolve.

Bachelor's degree/equivalent in Business, Computer Science, Accounting/Finance, MIS or directly related discipline. Master's degree (preferred)
Project Management Certification (a plus). 6-7 years exempt experience in project/program management, product development, systems design/development or business/financial planning and analysis with at least 1 year of recent management/leadership experience. Experience in the use of project management/planning software. Experience in planning major projects including development of project proposals, business cases, schedules and financial justification. Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and planning skills. Knowledge and application of QDM practices/principles. Competencies in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint preferred along with Sharepoint. Knowledge of standard program and financial management techniques. Excellent organizational skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives, and meet tight deadlines. Collaborative mindset with the ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders, foster alignment, and drive consensus. Strong human relations, leadership and communication skills. Experience leading people preferred but not required.
